Aktiv Guld provides two types of certified courses in close collaboration with GRS Tools. Here he teaches advanced diamond setting to international students using the latest tools and techniques. The school organizes two types of courses: Intensive 3 month courses, or a 5 day workshop. The 3 month course is a highly professional program where the student will learn all types of diamond setting. Alexandre school has a strong reputation and a long list of graduates worldwide. For the jeweller who cannot leave his workshop for three months we offer individual setting and engraving 5-day workshops. To the students advantage, we do not follow a strict program and we will try to answer questions or help with a particular technique. Bring a list and we will work on it.

Master Stonesetter Magnus Svärd is the instructor for these classes. He teaches individuals one at a time at his studio in Kungsbacka. Dates for classes can be set to suit the students and Magnus’ calendar. The number of days and topics can be tailored to fit the students wishes and skill level.

K.A.Rasmussen provides 4-5 days hands on engraving and stone setting seminars. The seminars take place at Hamar (ca. 130 km north of Oslo, ca. 1 hour from Oslo Airport) at K.A.Rasmussen. In the seminar room there are seven benches which are fully equipped with GRS machines, and tools.
