General Terms and Conditions of Sale & Delivery

Preamble

This website is operated by Artsupport GmbH, Glattalstrasse 222, 8153 Rümlang/Switzerland, Phone: +41 44 818 18 18. Since 2011, Artsupport GmbH is general importer for GRS products of the American company Glendo LLC for Europe, Russia, CIS and North Africa. In this area, we organize sales through trained and qualified dealers. We provide maintenance and warranty services and maintain a large stock of consumables and spare parts.


Correspondence languages

All the text within this website/online shop has been translated into English by a translation agency. We cannot guarantee for correctness and errors. You can contact us by phone, email or letter in the following languages: English / German / French. By accepting these "General terms and conditions" you expressly accept that any correspondence between you and us may take place in only one of these languages.


Products

"GRS" is a range of products from Glendo LLC, a company founded in 1977 and based in Emporia, Kansas, USA. As a general importer for Europe, Russia, CIS & North Africa, Artsupport GmbH offers you the assurance that you are buying only high-quality original products - with all the advantages you can expect from a general importer: European guarantee regulations, quality guarantee and repair service, constant availability of spare parts, CE certification for compliance with European laws. All other products are also subject to our quality control.


Conclusion of contract

In countries served by dealers, their general terms and conditions apply. Otherwise the confirmation of your order is considered a binding offer. We will only receive your order if the bank has checked your credit card details and authorized payment, or if we have received your advance payment. After we have received this order, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt to the email address you entered. This confirmation of receipt is only intended to inform you that we have received your order and does not constitute an acceptance of our offer. We reserve the right to review your order. We cannot guarantee in exceptional cases that we will be able to fulfil your order, for example if our stock is too low and an increase is not possible in sufficient time. If we are unable to deliver the items you have ordered, we will notify you immediately by email. Should such a case occur, you will in no case automatically receive replacement items from us that you have not ordered. In case of insufficient stock, we are entitled to deliver the ordered items in several partial deliveries within a period of four weeks. The purchase contract is only concluded when and to the extent that we send you the ordered and available goods.


Quotations

Prices are subject to change without notice. In any case, the prices listed on the control page before the button "Send order" apply. Errors excepted. Our prices published in the webshop are net prices in Euro. Statutory taxes such as VAT and customs duties are not included in our prices. Such charges are invoiced directly by the forwarding agent and must be settled directly with the forwarding agent. A minimum order value of 100 Euro applies.


Shipping costs

Your shipping cost share for freight, packaging, insurance and import costs (excl. customs duties and VAT) depends on the size and value of the goods and will be displayed during the order process. This amount is charged once, even if your delivery consists of several parts; any subsequent deliveries are free of charge for you.


Purchase completion by credit card

For a successful order we need the name of your bank, the credit card number as well as credit card check number, the validity period of the credit card and the name of the credit card owner.

The settlement with the credit card institute will be made when the order has been received by us. If you return goods to us, the corresponding amount will be credited to your credit card company.


Delivery

Orders placed in this online shop can only be delivered by our dealers in the respective countries, or by us (Artsupport GmbH) in Switzerland as well as in countries without dealers. For countries not listed, please contact info@grseurope.com.

We usually ship immediately available items within a few days after receipt of a complete order. The time of shipment may be delayed if there is a weekend or public holiday between order and shipment. In the event that desired items cannot be delivered from stock, we reserve the right to ship them either in part or in their entirety by the last listed date. In any case you will receive a shipping confirmation by email for each shipment. From the time of the dispatch with us up to the delivery to your address, it takes 5 - 10 working days for transport and customs formalities according to our experience. We do not assume any liability for this information.

Complaints

Loss or damage of a consignment must be reported to the carrier immediately. Do not accept such shipments without reservation.

The goods must be inspected upon receipt. Complaints must be made in writing in one of our correspondence languages immediately after receipt of the shipment, but no later than 8 days after receipt (email is sufficient). In the case of late notification of defects, we must reject any obligation. In the event of a justified and timely notification of defects, we will - at our discretion - either repair the goods within a reasonable period of time or replace them with new ones. Further claims, such as direct replacement, reduction and payment of damages, are excluded.



Revocation Policy


Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you last took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Artsupport GmbH, Glattalstrasse 222, 8153 Rümlang/Schweiz, info@grseurope.ch in one of the languages listed above under "Correspondence Languages", in an understandable and unequivocal (written) statement that you have taken the decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient if you send the declaration on the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period. Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we reserve the right to reimburse you for all payments which we have received from you, including the portion of the shipping costs borne by you, immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received the declaration of your revocation of this contract. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods irrespective of their value and also for goods that cannot be sent by parcel post.

For this refund we use the same method of payment that you used for your transaction; in no case will you be charged for the refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the delivered goods in their original packaging or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods in their entirety.


End of the revocation policy


  

Warranty terms

All products are guaranteed for 3 years from date of purchase. This guarantee applies exclusively to demonstrable material or production defects which could not be detected during the inspection of the goods at the time of delivery. Such defects will be repaired or replaced by Artsupport free of charge. Further claims, such as conversion, reduction or claims for damages are excluded. The freight costs for warranty shipments will be borne by Artsupport GmbH. Transport damages, faulty operation, misuse, inappropriate or improper use and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Damage to equipment operated with compressed air caused by oily air is considered faulty operation and is not covered by the warranty.


Copyright/property rights

All data on our website such as texts, images and video material are the property of Artsupport GmbH, Rumlang/Switzerland and/or Glendo LLC, Emporia/KS, USA. A use, also in parts, is permitted only with written permission. Violations may result in prosecution and/or civil claims for damages.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Artsupport GmbH.
